After a rewarding 33-year career as a chiropractor and five decades practicing and teaching Korean martial arts, I've transitioned into a more balanced retirement—practicing chiropractic several hours a week and teaching martial arts (Kuk Sool and Taiji) on a private basis in the beautiful Upstate South Carolina region. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, I've called this area home for over 45 years, drawn to its welcoming communities and natural vitality of its mountains and lakes.
