The Art of Korean Martial Mastery

Private instruction in Kuk Sool — one of Korea’s most comprehensive martial systems. Developed over centuries, Kuk Sool encompasses striking, joint locks, throws, grappling, weapons, and traditional forms. Every session is tailored entirely to you: your pace, your goals, your current ability.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist seeking deeper knowledge, private sessions allow you to progress faster and more safely than group classes allow. Training is available for students of all ages.

MARTIAL ARTS FOR MATURE ADULTS

Strength, Balance & Confidence at Any Age

Senior Sool reimagines martial arts for the mature body — gentle in approach, profound in benefit. Drawing from the flowing movements of traditional Korean arts, these sessions focus on what matters most as we age: balance, joint mobility, coordination, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing you can handle yourself.

Sessions are low-impact and entirely adapted to your current condition. No prior martial arts experience is needed. You’ll find a welcoming, encouraging environment where progress is personal and every step forward is celebrated.

PRACTICAL GROUP WORKSHOPS

Real Skills. Real Confidence.

Self-defense workshops designed for real life — not sport competition, not movie choreography. These group sessions teach practical, proven techniques drawn from Kuk Sool’s extensive self-defense curriculum, delivered in a supportive and empowering environment.

Workshops are available for general groups, women’s self-defense, workplace safety programs, and more. No prior experience is required. You’ll leave with skills you can actually use — and the awareness to recognize and avoid dangerous situations.

CLASSICAL TAIJIQUAN

Movement as Medicine

Classical Taijiquan — the slow, flowing practice often called ‘meditation in motion.’ Taiji develops balance, coordination, and whole-body awareness through continuous, unhurried movement. Its benefits are well-documented: reduced stress, improved balance, better joint mobility, and a calmer, clearer mind.

These classes draw from traditional Taijiquan forms and principles. Gentle enough for those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions, yet deep enough to engage dedicated practitioners for a lifetime. Currently offered as a small group class in Anderson, SC.
